Rappi acquired the Brazilian startup Box Delivery, which works with fast delivery logistics. The value of the acquisition was not disclosed. The announcement comes shortly after Cade adopted measures to regulate the delivery market for bars and restaurants.

The startup Assis, which developed a virtual assistant for self-employed professionals, received R$ 27.5 million in its first investment round, from Costanoa, MAYA, Canaan, Norte Ventures, Latitud, FJ Labs, K50, 1616, BFF and angel investors. The investment happened before the launch of a bot integrated with ChatGPT.

Kaszek raised $975 million to invest in startups in Latin America. The resources were raised for two new funds, one of US$ 540 million for investments in early-stage startups, and another of US$ 435 million for later stage companies.
