Iniciador, a fintech focused on Open Finance infrastructure and Pix solutions, raised R$ 32 million in a Series A round led by Valor Capital Group, with participation from Big Bets, Alter Global, Actyus, and Norte Ventures.
The funds will be used to enhance technology, scale infrastructure, and expand its product portfolio—including payment initiation and advanced Pix modalities such as biometric, proximity, and automatic Pix. Since 2024, the company has quadrupled its client base and now supports around 60% of ITPs using Pix Automático and more than half of those using Pix by Biometry.
Pipeimob, a platform that digitizes and integrates the full real estate transaction workflow, raised R$ 15 million in a seed round led by Headline. The funding will support the company’s entry into the rental and property management market and the development of its financial vertical.
